Morocco with its Berber villages of the High Atlas offers a beautiful and interesting ascent to the highest mountain in North Africa, Jebel Toubkal (4167 m).
We will then head further inland and discover the beauty of the desert on camels. A nomadic overnight stay with a varied dinner awaits us among the sand dunes. We will not forget the exotic markets and the unforgettable atmosphere of Marrakech. Get to know the real Morocco with us. We also organize ski alpine expeditions in the High Atlas. Or you can join us for a climbing event on the local red limestone.
The UIMLA mountain guide has the highest international license to work in the mountains and has liability insurance.

1. Day: arrival in Marrakesh and night at the Ali Hotel
2. Day: departure towards Tizi approx. 1 hour 30 minutes to a height of 1400 meters above sea level. Transfer to the village of Azib Tamsoulte and a night at an altitude of 2300 meters above sea level. 5 hours of walking
3. Day: ascent to Tizintadate 3500 masl and descent to the Neltner hut 3207 masl. 6.5 hours of walking.
4. Day: ascent to the Toubkal peak 4165 masl. 3.5h walk and descent to the Neltner hut – lunch and descent to the village of Aremdarmed, overnight in Gite d Etape 1960 m above sea level
5. Day: Aremd the gorge of Dades. The road through the Tichka pass to a height of 2260 meters above sea level. On the way, you will visit the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In Ouarzazate, nicknamed the "gateway to the desert", you will stop for lunch and have the opportunity to visit a museum and more. Next, the journey will continue through the lush oasis of Skoura, the city of Kalaat M'gouna, also known as the "Valley of Roses", before finally arriving at the magnificent Dades Gorge. You will spend the night in a picturesque hotel in the region, where you can enjoy a delicious dinner.
6. Day: Dades Gorge - Merzouga. The second day of your adventure takes you even further into the heart of the Moroccan desert, to Merzouga. On the way you will see the Valley of a Thousand Kasbs, which are Berber structures, Tinghir and the impressive Todra Gorge. You will also stop at Erfoud and Rissani while enjoying the beauty of the Tifilalte oasis. Your final destination will be Erg Chabi in Merzouz, where you will enjoy unforgettable experiences. You will ride camels and watch the sun set over the golden dunes before heading to a desert bivouac. You will spend a magical night under the clear starry sky and enjoy a delicious dinner on site.
7th Day: Merzouga – Marrakesh. On the third day, you will have the opportunity to admire the sunrise over the dunes of Merzouga before breakfast. Then it's time to make the return trip to Marrakech. On the way back you will pass through Erfoud and Ouarzazate, where you will stop for lunch. You will continue your journey to Marrakesh, arriving around 20:00 Marrakesh time.
8. Day: Departure from Marrakesh to the airport
