Output variants
Normal (Emerici's lament): An ideal choice for beginners and families with children. The route leads from Lomnický sedlo and offers a comfortable ascent to the top in 2–3 hours using a chain system. At the end, you can enjoy refreshments in the highest bar with views of the entire Tatras.
Jordan's journey: A more adventurous route starts at Hrebienok or at Téry's cottage. It leads through the Jordan's Gap and the ridge of the Pyšné štíty, with the final section secured with chains and footholds. Alternatively, there is a shorter version from Lomnický sedlo via the Gipsy ferrata.
Birkenmajer edge: For experienced climbers and adrenaline junkies. This route leads along the exposed edge from the west side and offers breathtaking views of the steep walls. With a difficulty level of II–IV UIAA, it is a greater challenge than the previous variants, but you will enjoy it under the guidance of an experienced UIAGM mountain guide.
