Are you attracted to classic ascents in Prachovské skály and other Czech sandstone areas? As part of the training, Pepa Šimůnek will guide you through her sandstone hearts!
Come with us to learn how to climb sandstones safely and improve your sandstone climbing techniques: "Rajbas" friction climbing, joints, chimneys and "widths". You will master the specifics of climbing on sand, you will learn how to set up a progressive belay, watches, knotting, rappelling. The event is two days long. You can expect 6-8 hours of rock climbing activity, it will depend mainly on your fitness and taste.
In the Czech sandstone areas, a maximum of two guests per 1 mountain guide/instructor is allowed. The applicant should have basic climbing skills from an artificial wall, i.e. securing and bonding. Climbing training with us will help you gain valuable experience and confidence for further climbing ascents.
